Would it be possible to add video support to tropy? Some of my files are videos, and I would be fine just having them as item/photo in the list. I don’t even need a thumbnail, and it would be fine to open them with an external viewer, but not being able to import the videos means I need a second programme to keep track of them.
It’s on our wish list too. The idea would be that you make selections in the video (both spatial and temporal) similar to photos. We’d like to implement this, but there’s no timeline for it at this time.
