I am trying to open my Tropy but I am getting the following error message. Any tips??

Can you check if the file in the error message exists? It’s possible that you just moved or renamed the file, so Tropy can’t find it anymore.
If the file exists then there is something wrong with it. If that’s the case, we’re happy to take a look at the file if you can share it with us.
