Crash when opening a deleted project

If I attempt to open a project from the “Recent Projects…” menu whose .tpy file was deleted from disk, Tropy crashes.

System: OS X El Capitan 10.11.6

Yes, we will replace this with a more meaningful error message, or rather a dialog to let you look for the project elsewhere (in case you just moved it).
