Hi. I have set up my own Template and I have used dc:date (property) and trophy:date (datatype), but the date is not automatically transporting across when I import my photos. However, in the Tropy Photo metadata, the date of the photo is showing correctly there, for each photo, so I can’t understand why the date doesn’t also show in the Template metadata.
I was hoping there might be a simple solution.

Hello,
I suppose you created a custom item template – the date field of the item is intended to hold the date of the depicted object, not the date of the photo (which only shows up in the photo template). Both the item and the photo template can use the dc:date property, but the fields are not connected.
