I am trying to download tropy but I am getting the following error message:
‘trophy.exe is valid, but is for a machine type other than the current machine’
Please can you help? I’m not sure what this means.

On Windows we provide official Tropy builds for three different CPU architectures: x64, ia32 or arm64. On the download page we try to infer the best fit, but depending on your browser it may not be possible to do so accurately. In any case, what computer do you have and which version of Tropy did you install? Most likely, you just need to install one of the others.
Thank you, I have just managed to install the ia32 version. I was cautious about that version as it brough up an error message, but it now seems fine.
