So, the version 21 - is different from the latest version you restored? It has more data?
Yes, version 21 looks like it’s the copy from right before the file got corrupted. I’d definitely use that one as the basis for moving forward. It’s possible that restored version contains some of the data from your last work session, but it’s also possible that some of the old data was damaged.

Because the last version (the one you restored) is missing some data… 
There’s no need to restore v21, that file you posted is still intact and you should be open to open the project if you replace the project.tpy file with the v21 one.
