Error when trying to add images

Hello! I’m new to using Tropy; but I’ve been working with it for the last few months. Today when I tried to load Tropy on my computer, it had a blank screen. When I opened the project through my OneDrive, the database came back. But now when I try to add images, I get this error message:

{“msg”:“Failed to import item.”,“stack”:“Error: An Application Control policy has blocked this file.\r\n\\?\C:\Users\tarak\AppData\Local\tropy\app-1.17.3\resources\app.asar.unpacked\lib\node\lib\sharp-win32-x64.node\n at process.func [as dlopen] (node:electron/js2c/node_init:2:2617)\n at Module._extensions..node (node:internal/modules/cjs/loader:1874:18)\n at Object.func [as .node] (node:electron/js2c/node_init:2:2844)\n at Module.load (node:internal/modules/cjs/loader:1448:32)\n at Module._load (node:internal/modules/cjs/loader:1270:12)\n at c._load (node:electron/js2c/node_init:2:17993)\n at s._load (node:electron/js2c/renderer_init:2:34480)\n at TracingChannel.traceSync (node:diagnostics_channel:328:14)\n at wrapModuleLoad (node:internal/modules/cjs/loader:244:24)\n at Module.require (node:internal/modules/cjs/loader:1470:12)”,“system”:“Windows_NT 10.0.26200 (x64)”,“time”:1783001037928,“version”:“1.17.3”}

Any help would be appreciated! Many thanks!

It looks like the native module used to load images was blocked by an ACP on your system. Assuming this has been working before, did you reconfigure your system or install any updates since? If not, re-installing Tropy could help too.
