How to update file name automatically

I use Tropy on windows 11.
After I add a photo in the list, the file name is changed.
How can I update filename?
I think it isn’t updated automatically.

Is this a standard project? In that case, Tropy copies the file to the project’s asset folder using an auto-generated name (to avoid duplicate names). However, Tropy remembers your original file name, so if you want to export the photo from the project that name should still be used.

What is asset folder? How can I set it?
Is there any option for copying file to asset folder? or does it work by default?
When I add a file, tropy doesn’t copy the file, but only metadata.
