Just witnessing on a bug I just understood after many reinstall:
For a bit, when I ran Tropy, I couldn’t see it on my laptop, even if it was running and I could see it striking Alt+Tab.
It was a bit quantic as a situation…
Anyway, the solution came when I connected my second screen: for some strange reason, Tropy had decided to remain on this second screen and only there…
A bit scary but solved.
I guess it is a bug…

For the first window, Tropy always restores the last known position on the screen. On Windows this can lead to the window getting rendered off-screen if there are multiple monitors involved. We need to add some kind of safeguard to this on Windows to make sure it doesn’t happen.
