Tags are not working

Making this a separate issue.
I have quite a large Tropy project and have spent quite a bit of time to tag the files, i.e. I have a large tag list.
When I click on an individual tag in the list nothing comes up. However, the files still have the tags attached. When I click on a file that has the desired tag (say ‘Important’), this particular file will show up when I click on the tag in the list, but none of the other files that have the same tag.
Please help.

Could you post of a screenshot of this? Is it possible that you also have list or another tag selected at the same time or an active search query? Tags, list, and search queries all determine the visibility of items in the list.
