Hi there, I have a large collection of photos uploaded to my project - about 140 different lists, between 20 and 200 photos each. There’s one list - a particular court case - where for some reason, Tropy will not upload the photos. I create the list, click the +, navigate to the location. For a minute or so it says “importing items” but nothing happens and that message disappears.
I’m not sure what I’ve done. I’ve confirmed that those file names are not duplicated anywhere. I’ve tried renaming them - same result. I’ve tried placing uploading the photos from my hard drive instead of the university server - same result. I don’t think the project is “full” because I’ve been adding more photos to other lists.
What else can I try, do you have any suggestions?
